Therapy That Welcomes All Of You

We’re all made up of many layers—our thoughts, emotions, roles, relationships, and the ways we’ve learned to cope. But too often, therapy focuses only on what’s not working, overlooking the full story of who we are. I started All of Me Counseling to change that.

This practice is built on the belief that healing happens when every part of you is welcome. Your anxiety isn’t just something to manage—it’s a signal that deserves attention. Substance use isn’t just a behavior—it’s often a response to pain or overwhelm. Grief, trauma, burnout, and transition aren’t problems to fix—they’re part of your human experience, and they deserve space.

I take a holistic, evidence-based approach that considers how your mental health connects to how you live—how you sleep, eat, move, relate, and care for yourself. Therapy here is collaborative and grounded in your values. It’s a space to slow down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that feel most true.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a space that welcomes all of you—the messy parts, the strong parts, the parts still unfolding. That’s the heart of All of Me Counseling: honoring your full story and walking with you toward healing that includes—not excludes—every part of who you are.
