Therapy That Welcomes All Of You

Therapy with me is not about checking boxes or following a rigid formula. It’s about creating a space where you can show up as you are—whether that’s overwhelmed, curious, guarded, exhausted, or somewhere in between. I bring a flexible, whole-person approach to our work together, drawing from—but not limited to—a mix of evidence-based modalities that I tailor to your needs and goals.

Some of the approaches I use include:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to help identify and shift patterns in thinking and behavior that may be keeping you stuck
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills – to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – to help you build psychological flexibility and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values
  • Mindfulness and Somatic techniques – to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and deepen self-awareness

These tools are important, but they’re only part of the picture. I also bring empathy, curiosity, and a touch of humor into the room. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation—not an interrogation—and that healing happens best in a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. It’s about building trust, honoring your pace, and creating room for your full self to show up.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, relationship challenges, or just feeling disconnected from yourself, we’ll take it one step at a time—making sense of what’s going on, building tools that work for you, and moving toward the kind of change that actually feels doable.
