I offer therapy on a self-pay basis, and I reserve a limited number of sliding scale slots for clients who may need financial flexibility. If you’re interested in sliding scale options, feel free to reach out directly—we can talk through what might work best for you.

If I’m not in-network with your insurance provider, I can be billed as an out-of-network provider. I’m happy to provide you with a superbill or the documentation needed to submit claims for potential reimbursement. Coverage varies widely, so I encourage you to check with your insurance carrier about your out-of-network benefits.

While I will contact your insurance company to help verify coverage, it’s ultimately your responsibility to understand how your plan handles mental health services—including deductibles, co-pays, and reimbursement rates.
